Gluten is a protein found in barley, rye, wheat and oat products. People who suffer from celiac disease and gluten intolerance need to avoid these products. A gluten-free diet is also well known for helping you lose weight and stay healthy.

If you have a wedding coming up and try to plan the menu, think of all the people who will be joining you on the special day; think of the family, relatives and friends who may be suffering from various allergies or illnesses.
