What fruits are in season this April in Sydney

April in Australia is mid-autumn. The temperature lowers down. There are still many fruits in season this month: apples, citrus and berries.

Some of the fruits in season are:
·         Apples
·         Persimmons
·         Raspberries
·         Strawberries
·         Lemons
·         Grapefruit
·         Oranges
·         Mandarins  - Imperials

If you are planning on having a large event or wedding, a fruit inspired theme will be a great idea.

The citrus fragrance and the fresh color make the most wonderful and affordable idea for an event.

Berries are healthy and delicious. I personally cannot think of anybody who doesn’t like them.

Would you like to incorporate strawberries in your wedding?

Orange Wedding

Orange is the fruit of a citrus tree. Oranges are related to lemons, mandarins, limes and grapefruits. Australia produces 600,000 tonnes of citrus fruit each year, 75% being oranges.

The health benefits of oranges are vast:
  • One orange provides the double daily intake of Vitamin C
  • Boosts the immune system
  • High in Folic Acid, dietary fiber
  • Reduces risk of cancer
  • And much more

The oranges have a strong and fabulous fragrance. The aromatherapy orange oil is known for treating depression. The fragrance combined with the fresh orange color can put everybody in a happy mood.
No wonder why so many wedding planners choose an orange inspired theme. Let me show you few fresh and beautiful ideas.

Lemon and LimeTheme

The lemon is a citrus tree native to Asia. It’s an ever-green tree in a small size. It is considered to be one of the most alkalinizing foods. The finest quality lemons are heavy for their size and posses a skin of an oily and fine texture.
